My background started off with my families painting business as well as many years in home construction. In 2003 I began my career in residential real estate for both new and re-sale properties. In 2016 I started up Handy Soultions handyman services to assist my clients. Add that to the 15 years of being president of my HOA, and I believe I have the experience and knowledge to get the job done.

 

This is an ever changing market. Many new agents and companies have popped up, just like many times before. Everyone seems to have a new way to do business. You have to read the fine print. Faster and cheaper doesn't always mean better. In Nevada, a listing contract covers the commissions for the listing and buyer agents and a flat fee brokerage may not cover all of the services you want.....

 

If you are looking at the idea of purchasing a home (house, condo, townhome), it's best to talk to a mortgage company first. They can go over what you can afford and what payment you are confortable with. It's never recomended to look at homes first and then get your hopes up on something out of your price range. This goes with new construction too.

 

If you are thinking about selling your home, I can go over options with you. If you have equity and can sell, this is the time to do it. If you don't have equity or you are behind on payments, sometimes it not smart to sell and may be better to seek legal advice on options. I'm not affraid to turn down a listing if it is not in the best intersest of my clients.
